Eligibility:
The candidate must have passed the 12th standard examination or equivalent exam with English, Biology (Zoology and Botany), Chemistry and Physics. He should secure not less than 50% marks in aggregate of science subject. The candidate should complete 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission. No relaxation of the age limit shall be entertained. The candidate should be medically fit.
How To Apply:
The Prospectus and Application/ Advance Reservation from may be obtained by post or in person from the office of the principal/secretary /chairman, D.J. College of Dental Sciences & Research after paying Rs 500/- by cash/crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “D.J. College of Dental Sciences & Research”. The Candidate requesting for Prospectus/Application / Advance Reservation Form by Post are required to enclose Indian Postal Stamps worth Rs.30/- for postage along with the Bank Draft. The application must be accompanied by High School or equivalent Certificate and mark sheet etc. The true copies of the certificates and mark sheets should be duly attested by a Gazetted officer or the Principal of the College. The Application Form is required to be filled neatly and legibly by the candidate in his/her handwriting. Original Certificate and Mark Sheet must be presented for scrutiny at the time of admission.
