Applications are invited to the following courses:
- MSc Biotechnology (2 years)
- MSc Microbiology (2 years)
- Integrated MSc Biotech (5 years)
Eligibility Criteria (MSc):
MSc (Biotech / Applied Microbiology) (2 years):
Bachelor’s degree (Science/ Agriculture/ Pharmacy/ Veterinary / Engineering / Technology / Medicine) with at least 55% marks.
For Biotechnology – Dual Degree (BTech and MTech) (5 years):
Pass in 10 +2 or its equivalent with atleast 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together.
Note: For all the courses, candidates appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply. But, they have to produce the pass certificate of the qualifying examination on the day of counseling failing which their rank/position secured in the entrance Examination will stand cancelled automatically and they will have no claim for the admissions as per the rank
How To Apply:
1. Procedure for sending the Filled Online Registration Form:
2. Kindly fill all the fields of the Online Application form and submit the form, take the print out (which appears on the screen after submitting the filled application)
3. Please paste (do not staple) your recent Passport size (4cm X 5cm) photograph taken after 1st January, 2010.
4. The completed Registration form must have the signature of the candidate, thumb impression and candidate’s Parents/Guardian signature.
5. Registration form with all the enclosures listed should to sent through Registered/Speed Post/Courier, so as to reach on or before dt.27.02.2010, 5.00 p.m.
Enclosures to be Attached:
1. Two Passport size photographs pasted on the registration form (all the photos provided should be identical and clear)
2. Xerox copies of Class – X Mark sheet/Board Certificate.
3. Please mention “KIITEE-2010 APPLICATION FORM and Registration number” in the top of the Envelop.
Important Dates:
Issue of Application Form and Prospectus: 4th January 2010 to 27th February 2010
Last date for receiving filled in Application Form: 27th February 2010
