Associate Professor Position in Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Pondicherry University.

The University is seeking highly qualified, dedicated and academically productive faculty members who have strong commitment in innovative teaching and high quality research in Cell Biology/ Cytogenetic/ Genomics/ Proteomics/ Nano Biology/ Cancer Biology/ Plant Biotechnology for appointment on regular basis.

Who can Apply?

Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry/ Life Sciences.
A satisfactory score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) system developed by UGC.
A minimum of 8 years of teaching experience in university/college , and/or experience in research at the University/National Level institutions with evidence of published work with minimum 5 publications.
Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – medicated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students.
