Research Assistant Position in Biological Sciences at University of Edinburgh
The University of Edinburgh has a job opening for Research Assistant in Biological Sciences to perform, record and publish original research on the molecular and functional analysis of DNA methylation during differentiation of the immune system. The position offers a compensation of £24,877 – £28,839 per annum.
Required Applicant Profile:
- Research experience in molecular biology techniques and bioinformatic analysis of DNA sequence
- Extensive knowledge of immunology and of epigenetics
- Ability to design research projects
- Initiative in problem solving
- Ability to oversee undergraduate research projects
- Effective communicator
