a) Molecular Biologists
- MSc (3 nos) in molecular biology / Biotechnology with 2-3 years of industrial experience

b) Cell Biologists
- PhD (1 nos) in Cell Biology with 2-3 years of industrial experience in development of therapeutics, cell based assays
- MSc (3 nos) in biotechnology with industrial experience in developing/maintaining animal cell cultures, transfection/screening techniques

c) Microbiologists
- MSc (2 nos) in microbiology with experience in media preparation, media optimisation, yield optimisation studies
- BSc (2 nos) in biotechnology, science – fresh, but with hunger for learning

d) Biochemist
- MSc in Biochemistry with 3-4 years of industrial experience in development of assays, analytical & QC processes
- MSc in Biochemistry with 3-4 years of industrial experience in downstream process development, chromatographic techniques
