The main objective of a Biomarker Analyst is to take responsibility for the quality of data, providing support and feedback to the rest of the team regarding the use of biomarkers, their validation, their role in drug development, and the techniques used for their measurement.
Who can Apply?
- Candidates with Ph.D. or near completion in Biological Sciences.
- At least two years of experience in a research laboratory.
- Candidates should have a theoretical understanding of biomarkers.
- High level of English, written and spoken
Job Profile:
- To supervise the data entry process, ensuring the data is loaded in a timely fashion and is consistent with internal guidelines.
- Develop and maintain guidelines of criteria for data entry.
- Recommend policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of data quality in the BMC.
- Provide feedback and supervise the work of collaborators in TS India.
- Maintain the controlled vocabulary lists.
- Assist in the training of new team members.
- Take responsibility for your own training development and needs.
- Work as a reliable and effective member of the biomarker team as a whole.
