Call for Grant Advisers to Join Wellcome Trust (UK)/Department of Biotechnology (India) Alliance

Applications for Grant Adviser are invited from Indian citizens and non-resident Indians (NRIs) with a PhD and postdoctoral experience in a relevant biomedical sciences field. In particular, the Alliance would wish to receive applications from candidates with a background in Neuroscience or Bioinformatics/Genomics or Proteomics. Applicants should be keen to work in a business environment with close links to scientific research. Administrative experience, ideally within the context of a research funding organisation or a university, will be an asset.

The partnership will deliver a programme of fellowship schemes. The Wellcome Trust/Department of Biotechnology T India Alliance is an independent, public charitable trust based in Hyderabad, India. The remit of the Alliance is to provide a programme of research fellowship schemes aimed at supporting current and future leaders of Indian biomedical science at three key career stages.
