The job profile involves heading of Business Development for entire Phase I – IV services of CRO, involving bioequivalence studies; phase II-IV clinical trials in various therapeutic indications like Oncology, Cardiovascular, anti-infective, endocrinology; data management and bio statistics; generate business development leads and opportunities for Preclinical, clinical, and other R & D initiatives of CRO; generate/maintain marketing material and business tools; support clinical development teams (Phase I-IV) in all aspects of outsourcing and contracting; lead clinical study team interactions with vendors, vendor selection and subsequent contract negotiation process; ensure that study timelines are met by collaboratively working with the clinical study team to manage external vendors selected for the clinical studies; generate revenue for preclinical and clinical research services from Phase I to IV and Biometrics.
Who can Apply?
- B.Pharm/ M.Pharm and M.B.A. with 10-12 years of industrial experience.
- Working knowledge of preclinical, clinical research and clinical data management processes, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proven ability to function as “head” Business Development in CRO.
- Strong problem solving skills and excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt to multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proven attention to detail both in carrying out and documenting work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective team player.
