Director Position open at National Institute of Biomedical Genomics (NIBMG), Kalyani, West Bengal.
Applications are invited from the Indian Nationals for the post of Director, National Institute of Biomedical Genomics (NIBMG) an autonomous institution of Department of Biotechnology, Kalyani, West Bengal. The position offers a unique opportunity to provide dynamic leadership in academic, scientific and administrative matters relating to various areas of interest of the institute. The applicant must have a holistic vision of Biomedical Genomics and be capable of providing leadership in various inter disciplinary areas of Biomedical Genomics such as Statistical & Computational Biology, Proteomics, Genomics, Population Science etc.
Who can Apply?
- Ph.D., M.D. or Equivalent Degree in the relevant area.
- Outstanding scientific and academic credentials in the area of Biomedical Genomics as evidence through proven ability to carry out independent research and provide leadership for research in interdisciplinary areas of Biomedical Genomics.
- At least 20 years of experience in Biomedical Genomics with proven track record of leadership and institution building.
