Sr Manager / Deputy General Manager (HR) – Biocon – Bangalore
Biocon invites applications for the post of Sr Manager / Deputy General Manager – HR.
Education Qualification: MBA with HR specialization from XLRI/IIM/TISS/Symbiosis
Experience: 15+ yrs ; preferably with an exposure to Biotech/Pharmaceutical organization with experience of managing Human Resources for a wide spectrum of employee profiles across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales & Marketing etc.
Job Description:
- Strategize and lead effective Manpower planning and Acquisition for the organization
- Plan and lead implementation of effective employee engagement initiatives
- Lead the Succession planning initiatives for the organization along with the HR Head
- Plan and implement efforts for organization development
- Provide guidance and support for the Leadership Development initiatives
- Provide effective leadership to a team of HR professionals
Technical / Functional Skills
- Understanding of HR challenges/trends/best practices in the Biotech / Pharma industry
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of HR practices across a diverse set of Employees
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
