Job Description :
- Heads down data entry from the source document
- For cases generated by the PSCC at Wipro, perform a duplicate search, book the case into the Client’s corporate safety database, e.g. Argus, and attach the AEM form to the case and then complete the data entry
- Log reports into Wipro’s appropriate tracking system
- Code event terms and identify invalid cases. Any event for which there is not a direct hit will be sent to the HCP for coding
- Create a follow up letter for invalid cases if required
Desired :
- Willingness to work 24/7
- Good typing skills with accuracy levels of 97% and above
- Working knowledge of Computers
