PhD or M.Sc in Biotechnology/Agriculture/Life Science/Botany/Biological Sciences.
Experience:
2-5 years experience in Plant tissue culture, product/process certification /Quality control preferably
in an industry.
Desired:
- Good communication skills, knowledge of various aspects of commercial plant tissue
- culture as well as seed certification procedure and legislations.
Job Description:
- Strengthening of NCS-TCP, including updation of guidelines and Standard
- Operating Procedures (SOPs) from time to time.
- Assisting in preparation of assessment reports and drafting of agenda and minutes.
- Planning and coordination of the site visits for recognition of tissue culture
- production facilities and accreditation of test laboratories.
- Timely processing of applications, coordinating with the experts and to undertake
- site visits to tiss
