Premas Biotech is a cGMP compliant Contract Research And Manufacturing Services (CRAMS) organization located in IMT-Manesar, Gurgaon near New Delhi, India. It is formed on the strong foundation of scientific expertise and technology development that is dedicated to developing and providing integrated research solutions in the area of life science research.
Our main focus is on bio-molecules, proteins, receptors, cell based assays, customized reporter gene assays, microarray technology, SNP genotyping, etc.
We have significant experience in handling “difficult -to-express” proteins and high-value-low-yield biomolecules. The company has a cGMP compliant facility with a capacity for proteins, receptors and enzyme manufacturing of up to 1400 litres from E.coli and yeast cells, along with continuous high speed and ultra centrifuges, high pressure homogenizers, purification and downstream equipments for large scale work.
Molecular biology:
PhD (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology) with 4-5 years experience in molecular biology (bacterial, yeast, mammalian and/or plant). Project leadership and/or managerial experience desirable.
OR
MSc. or MS or M.Tech (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology) with 8-10 years experience in molecular biology (bacterial, yeast, mammalian and/or plant). Project leadership and/or managerial experience desirable.
OR
MSc. or MS or M.Tech (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology) with 0 – 4 years experience in molecular biology (bacterial, yeast, mammalian and/or plant).
Cell Biologists
PhD (Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) with 4-5 years experience in handling cell/tissue cultures (mammalian, insect, and/or plant). Project leadership and/or managerial experience desirable.
OR
MSc. or MS or M.Tech (Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) with 8-10 years experience in handling cell/tissue cultures (mammalian, insect, and/or plant). Project leadership and/or managerial experience desirable.
OR
MSc. or MS or M.Tech (Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) with 0 – 4 years experience in handling cell/tissue cultures (mammalian, insect, and/or plant).
Protein Biochemists
PhD (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engg, Biochemical Engg) with 4-5 years experience in protein expression and purification studies. Scale Up experience will be desirable. Project leadership and/or managerial experience desirable.

MSc. or MS or M.Tech (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engg, Biochemical Engg) with 8-10 years experience in protein expression and purification studies. Scale Up experience will be desirable. Project leadership and/or managerial experience desirable.

Bioinformatics
MSc or MS or M.Tech in Life Sciences with specialisation in Bioinformatics with 0-5 years experience in a similar position. Proficiency in computer languages and bioinformatic applications is necessary. Experience in microarray data analysis is desirable.
Genomics and Microarray Specialists
PhD (Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) with 4-5 years experience in handling cell/tissue cultures (mammalian, insect, and/or plant) together with detailed exposure in microarray, Real Time PCR and genomics . Project leadership and/or managerial experience desirable.
OR
MSc or MS or M.Tech (Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) with 6-8 years experience in handling cell/tissue cultures (mammalian, insect, and/or plant) together with detailed exposure in microarray, Real Time PCR and genomics . Project leadership and/or managerial experience desirable.
OR
MSc or MS or M.Tech (Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) with 0 – 4 years experience in handling cell/tissue cultures (mammalian, insect, and/or plant) together with exposure in microarray, Real Time PCR and genomics.
Consultant/Scientist/Manager – Validation
M.Sc or M.Tech or PhD in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality Assurance, Biotechnology or Engineering with 5-7 years experience in Facility validation, process design and initiation of validation processes of biologicals/pharmaceuticals. He or she should have exposure to GMP, cGMP, GLP procedures and Master Validation Plan. Exposure to audits on FDA regulation or ISO process is extremely important.
The job responsibility includes but not limited to consulting and advising clients on pre-project validation, preparation of STPs, SOPs, validation plan for the facility, labs and processes. The clients will be mainly from the biotechnology/biological industry or biopharmaceutical industry.
Consultant/Scientist/Manager – Peptide Sciences
M.Sc or Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, with 5 years or more of experience in PEPTIDES at various scales of production or process development(Facility, Process, Product). Should possess good knowledge of cGMP, QA/QC.
The job responsibility includes but not limited to consulting in the field of PEPTIDES, their chemistry, material sourcing, production, QA/QC and advising clients on scale up, manufacturing and sourcing.
