Project Manager – Site Management
Qualification: MBBS/BDS can apply. A Post Graduate Diploma or an added relevant qualification in Clinical Research will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in handling Project Management and also team handling experience is a must. Should be capable of handling team strength of 50 people (approx.)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Planning and execution of a project once it has been awarded to MNI. This would include PI/site identification, assessing the manpower need, infrastructure capabilities, ensure timely enrollment within budgeted timelines and finance.
2. Handling large teams, excellent team management skills, result driven and highly focused.
3. Interaction with the sponsors: Attend sponsor/investigator meetings, conduct project review meetings and act as one point contact for the sponsor.
4. Interaction with the sites: Interact with the PI’s and other study members on a regular basis, discuss any issues that may hinder the study and get a feedback about the quality of work provided by MI.
5. Mentoring and training of the clinical research coordinators
6. Providing feedback / inputs to operations, regarding the progress of a study, highlighting any red flag issues
7. Recognize revenues on a predetermined basis and provide feedback to the finance department
8. Analyze variance in budgeted/ actual cost and timelines
9. Overall project Management
Biostatistician
Qualification:- M Sc Bio-statistics
Experience:- Minimum 2 Years
Job Description:
1. Involving in preparing the Statistical Analysis Plan
2. Involving in Randamization the data
3. Preparing Statistical Inputs
4. Giving the inputs for Annotated Variables
5. Involving in statistical Analysis
6. Coordinating with Data Center Head, Lead Biostatistician and Lead Data Manager
SAS Programmer
Qualification: BSc, MSc (Statistics) with SAS Certification
Experience: Minimum 4 years hands on experience in SAS Programming.
Job Description:
1. Checking the datasets after database locked and generates tables, listings and graphs as per statistical analysis plan.
2. Supports Validation Team by building external validation checks and supporting to resolve the problems facing due to Pheedit.
3. Batch loading the data as per the requirement of the project.
4. Implementing CDISC standards in programming.
5. According to project time lines completing the Tables, listings and graphs as per Statistical Analysis Plan.
6. Building External Validation Checks as per project requirements and validating.
7. Coordinating with manager and validation team to complete the tasks with in the project specific time lines
