Essential Responsibilities:
1. Analyse / extract information from life science and biomedical articles and assign appropriate descriptors and write informative summaries, based on profiles and guidelines submitted by clients based within the pharmaceutical industry.
2.To maintain or exceed the acceptable production rate
3.To maintain or exceed the acceptable quality rate
4.To maintain punctuality and good attendance
Qualifications: Minimum of Masters in one of the life sciences or biomedical sciences. Disciplines include Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Genetics, Immunology, Medicinal Science, Microbiology, Neuroscience, Oncology, Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacology and Toxicology.
Skill Sets Required:
- Excellent English writing and reading skills
- Typing skills of 30 wpm with 98% accuracy
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to do repetitive work in a production environment
- Knowledge of PC operations
