Designation : Trainee Scientific Officer
Job Description:
- Understanding of fermentation process and media designing. Knowledge of growth kinetics measurement and analysis of different micro – organisms.
- Understanding of purification of biomolecules, handling of FPLC / HPLC, ultra filtration systems would be added advantage.
- Understanding of bioanalytical and analytical tests including electrophoresis, estimations, HPLC , ELISA. Handling of HPAEC system, MALLS would be an added advantage
- Understanding of Cell culture including cell maintenance, cell revival and preparin freeze downs. Knowledge of FACS would be an added advantage.
Should be specialization for Upstream Processing
Age : 22-27 yrs
Qualification :B.Sc / M.Sc. in any field of Chemical or Life sciences or M. Pharma or M. Tech.
