M/S Bisen Biotech & Biopharma Pvt. Ltd. is one of the premier organizations in the field of Biotechnology. It is one of few firms in Madhya Pradesh State with well-established R & D division duly recognized by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. New Delhi. The main focus of R&D division of the company is development of health care products that include diagnostic reagents, kits, therapeutics and agro based products such as Biodiesel production from Jatropha, development of Neutraceutical from mushrooms, Spirulina etc. The Company developed an unique diagnostic technology for tuberculosis which is patented in India and USA. The R&D wing of M/S Bisen Biotech & Biopharma Pvt. Ltd. offers short and long term hands-on- training programs in basic and advanced areas of Biotechnology to PG/UG and engineering students. The training modules currently available are as follows:
A. Training programme in Protein purification techniques
This program offers training in protein purification techniques with focus on antibody development and purification.

E. Training programme in Mushroom Biotechnology
1. Production of Immuno-modulating Bioactive Metabolites from Medicinally important Mushrooms Ganoderma lucidum and Lentinus edodes.
2. Submerged and Solid substrate fermentation technology for the Production of Medicinally and Nutritionally Important Mushrooms.
3. Solid and Liquid Spawn Production Technology for the production of Nutritionally and Medicinally important Mushrooms.
F. Training programme in Biodiesel Production Technology
1. Biodiesel Production from Jatropha and Acid oil.
2. Biodiesel Production By Acid, Base catalyzed Transesterification process.
3. Biodiesel Production By Lipase Mediated Transesterification Process.
4. Biodiesel Production from different oil bearing seeds.
G. Training programme in Algal Biotechnology
1. Evaluation of anti-diabetic functions of S. platensis & S. maxima
2. Evaluation of anti-hyperlipidemic functions of Spirulina
3. Evaluation of anti-oxidant functions of Spirulina
4. Optimization of culture media for maximum biomass production
Eligibility:
The trainees should preferably be a PG/UG/BE in any branch of Science/Agriculture etc. and should understand English/Hindi well. The medium of instruction for the training course will be preferably English/Hindi.
Fee:
The training fee will be:
1. Training Programme for 15 days for a batch of 20 minimum with tea and lunch Rs. 10,000/- each candidate
2. Training programme for research for upto three months Rs.15,000/- each candidate
3. Training Programme for research for upto six months Rs.25,000/- each candidate
excluding traveling, boarding and lodging charges.The training fee should be paid through demand draft in favour of Bisen Biotech and Biopharma Pvt. Ltd., Gwalior payable at any nationalized bank at Gwalior (M.P.) India. The applicants belonging to local area may pay the fee in cash during the office hours (9.30AM to 5.00PM) in any working day except holiday and Sunday.
