Profile: Applications are invited for 3 temporary posts of Project Fellow for the project entitled.
Project Title: “In-vivo standardization of Siddha herbal formulation for obesity”.
Project Duration: one year extendable for further one year.

Designation: Project Fellow ( Biochemistry / Chemistry )
No.Of Post: 2
Qualification: Masters’ degree (Biochemistry / Chemistry)
Emoluments: Rs.8,000/- per month
Note: The candidates are expected to get involved in evaluation of different biochemical parameters including hormones using advance biochemical techniques such as, ELISA, RIA, and Spectrophotofluorometry.

Designation: Project Fellow (Pharmacology)
No.Of Post: 1
Qualification: Masters’ degree ( Pharmacology)
Emoluments: Rs.8,000/- per month
Note: The candidate is expected to get involved in animal experimentation including induction of different types of obesity in rats as well monitoring the pharmacological response after the drug treatment.
1.Candidates selected, should be in a position to work for the complete period of 2 years.
2.Candidates with experience of research in the area of the project or related field and having knowledge of computer application will be preferred.
