Research Associate: Molecular Biology

Education: M.Sc. /BSc. Minimum 2years Laboratory experience in Molecular Biology preferred

Experience and skill

DNA cloning and vector construction
stable and transient transfection of mammalian cells.
RNA isolation, quantitative RT-PCR; SDS-PAGE; Western blots and immunologic techniques.
Some familiarity with epifluorescence and/or confocal microscopy, and FACS analysis.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are required. Candidates must be able to demonstrate initiative and innovative thinking within a team and the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines is a must.
