1. Scientist ‘D’:

Scale of pay:
Pay Band No. 3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs. 7600/-. (TME Rs. 46390/-) Age limit: Below 50 y
Qualification & Experience :
The Centre is looking for outstanding, ambitious individuals with experience in the areas of Stem Cell/ Regenerative Biology, Neurobiology, Developmental Biology, Systems Biology / Computational Biology and translational medicine.
Candidates should be Ist Class MTech / MD / MVSc / MPharm / MBiotech or PhD / Corresponding degrees with strong record of peer reviewed publications to develop independent research programs in relevant areas. Evidence of leadership qualities with about 8 years experience in Research & Development will be preferred. Interested applicants should send CV giving summary of research work carried out, brief write up of future plans and goals and three letters of reference along with the application.
Desirable:
Experience in operating MALDI-TOF and LC-MS/MS, and protein identification using peptide mass and knowledge in Bioinformatics. The Scientist will be responsible for running the Mass Spectrometry facility at NCCS.
